How WeFetePass tickets work

This is a real help page (WFP-HOW-TICKETS-2026-08). Buyers pay on WeFetePass and enter with a QR ticket. There is no bank-transfer receipt upload on the live rail.

Live payment rail: Wam hosted checkout (card or Wam wallet). After Wam confirms payment, guests get a lasting receipt URL — that page is the ticket (for example /checkout/receipt/:ref). No account needed. Signed-in buyers can also open the same QR from My Tickets.

1. Pick the fete

Open the event, choose a ticket tier and quantity, and continue to checkout.

2. Pay with Wam

Complete Wam hosted checkout. WeFetePass does not ask you to upload a bank deposit slip or transfer screenshot for this rail.

3. Get your QR

When payment succeeds, keep the receipt URL. That lasting page is the ticket — no account needed. If you already have an account, the same QR also appears in My Tickets. Show the live QR at the door. Do not rely on a screenshot if the code rotates.

4. Promoters

Promoters see paid sales on the dashboard and scan tickets at the door. They can download that event's door pack (paid ticket barcodes) onto a phone for offline door; when online, the scanner still expects the live rotating QR. Remittance follows promoter terms (WFP-PROMOTER-2026-05).
