Privacy Policy
STATIC LEGAL HTML — WFP-PRIVACY-2026-09. This Privacy Policy is a distinct legal document served as HTML, not the 368k WeFetePass application shell.
R&R Digital Platform, operator of WeFetePass, explains what buyer and promoter data we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. This policy is version WFP-PRIVACY-2026-09.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, role), order and payment references, Wam payment references, ticket and scan logs, device and security signals, promoter business and payout details, and support messages.
2. Why we use it
To create accounts, verify payments, issue QR tickets, run door scanners, prevent fraud, pay promoters, send transactional email, and answer support. We do not sell buyer lists.
3. Payment data
We store payment references, provider payment ids, and receipt files needed for review. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored as PAN on WeFetePass.
4. Sharing
We share data with the event promoter as needed to fulfill the ticket, with payment and email providers, and with authorities when required by law. Promoters see buyer names and ticket status for their events.
5. Retention
Order, ticket, payout, and receipt records are kept for accounting, chargeback, and fraud review. You can ask support@wefetepass.com for access or correction.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use session cookies for login and may record anonymized product analytics (page, island, checkout funnel) to keep the site working.
7. Children
WeFetePass is not directed at children under 16. Event age limits are set by the promoter.
8. Contact
Privacy requests: support@wefetepass.com. Operator: R&R Digital Platform. Related documents: Buyer Terms (WFP-BUYER-TERMS-2026-05) and Refund Policy (WFP-REFUND-2026-05).
9. Event recommendations and advertising
With your selected marketing permissions, WeFetePass may use your event interests and purchase history to recommend other events and deliver sponsored promotions. We retain a record of the choices you make, the notice version and when you changed them. Email and WhatsApp marketing choices are independent. New accounts are not automatically subscribed.
With your separate advertising-measurement permission, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API may receive event interactions, ticket purchase value and currency, an event identifier and hashed contact identifiers. Hashing is a security measure; it does not make this data anonymous. Meta may process data outside your country under its own policies. No card number, bank receipt or ticket QR is included in our advertising event payload. Our service providers process information necessary for their services; promoters are not given another promoter’s customer list.
Change or withdraw permission at Marketing Preferences. Future promotional sends and pending advertising events are suppressed after withdrawal. Information already sent to a service provider cannot be recalled by switching a setting; contact us for assistance with access, correction or deletion requests.
10. Event and venue insights
We use event sales and operational records to understand demand, ticket availability and event performance. Shared venue insights should use aggregate information with a sufficient sample; they must not expose individual attendees or a promoter’s confidential sales data. Any attendee venue feedback requires moderation before publication. Feedback may describe parking, accessibility and arrival experience; it is not a guarantee of venue safety or future performance.
11. Your choices and retention
You may request access, correction, deletion or a review of your marketing choices at support@wefetepass.com. Some order, tax, dispute and security records may need to be retained after an account or marketing profile is deleted. Marketing permission is not a condition of ticket purchase. Essential transactional communications continue while needed to deliver your order or meet legal obligations.
