Terms, fees, remittance, and onboarding confirmation

STATIC LEGAL HTML — WFP-PROMOTER-2026-05. This Promoter Terms page is a distinct legal document, not the 368k application shell.

Promoters must confirm these terms before WeFetePass approves a premium account, hosted event page, payout setup, worker access, and VIP issuing tools. The dashboard requires each confirmation before onboarding can be submitted.

Platform fee

WeFetePass retains a 7.5% platform fee on paid tickets before promoter remittance. Provider, bank, refund, dispute, chargeback, and manual reversal costs may also be deducted where applicable. Payment terms version WFP-PAYMENTS-2026-05.

Wam and payment terms

Promoters accept Wam payment processing, provider settlement rules, fraud review, and payout holds before tickets or funds are released. Gateway fees, bank charges, payment-provider costs, fraud review costs, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and manual reversals may be deducted before remittance where applicable.

Remittance timing

Standard remittance is targeted for 3 business days after event close, after refund requests, disputes, chargebacks, fraud checks, and review queues are cleared.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds, disputed payments, duplicate payments, payment mismatches, fraud claims, and chargebacks can delay, reduce, or hold promoter payouts until the case is resolved.

Worker access

Promoters are responsible for every scanner, VIP issuer, and manager they add, including role assignment, device access, event accuracy, ticket handling, and removal of workers who should no longer have access.
