Buyer Terms of Service
STATIC LEGAL HTML — WFP-BUYER-TERMS-2026-09. This Buyer Terms of Service is a distinct legal document served as HTML, not the 368k WeFetePass application shell.
This agreement is between the ticket buyer and R&R Digital Platform, operator of the WeFetePass event ticketing platform. It covers account use, ticket purchase through Wam hosted checkout, QR entry, and buyer protection.
1. The platform
WeFetePass sells and delivers digital event tickets for Caribbean fetes. A ticket is a licensed entry credential, not a resale guarantee. Event details are provided by the promoter.
2. Accounts
Buyers must give a working email and accurate name so WeFetePass Support can match orders, Wam payments, and QR tickets. You are responsible for account security and for anyone who uses your ticket.
3. Paying for tickets
Checkout uses Wam hosted checkout (card or Wam wallet) only. WeFetePass does not accept deposit slips or payment screenshots. A reservation is not a released ticket. QR tickets issue after Wam marks the payment succeeded.
4. Fees the buyer sees
The checkout total is the ticket price plus any shown service amount. WeFetePass retains a 7.5% platform fee on paid tickets before promoter remittance. Provider, bank, refund, dispute, chargeback, and manual reversal costs may also be deducted where applicable. Those promoter-side deductions do not increase a buyer’s already-paid total unless checkout showed them.
5. Ticket delivery
After Wam confirms payment, WeFetePass issues a digital QR ticket to the buyer account and, when email is configured, to the buyer email. Present the live ticket at the door. Screenshots can fail if the code rotates.
6. Conduct and door rules
Entry still follows the promoter’s venue, dress, age, and security rules. WeFetePass can void a ticket for fraud, duplicate use, or a chargeback.
7. Changes and cancellations
If a promoter changes or cancels an event, refund and credit handling follows the Refund Policy (WFP-REFUND-2026-05) and any event-specific notice.
8. Liability
R&R Digital Platform is not the venue and is not the promoter. To the extent allowed by Trinidad and Tobago law, platform liability is limited to the amount the buyer paid WeFetePass for the affected order.
9. Contact
WeFetePass Support: support@wefetepass.com. These terms are version WFP-BUYER-TERMS-2026-09 and should be read with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
10. Optional event recommendations and sponsored promotions
WeFetePass is also an event discovery and advertising platform. If you choose to receive marketing, we may send recommendations for other events, promoter offers and sponsored promotional content through the channels you select. Buying a ticket or accepting these terms does not automatically subscribe you. Marketing choices are separate from essential order confirmations, ticket delivery, fraud alerts and event changes.
You can withdraw marketing permission at any time in Marketing Preferences or using the unsubscribe link in a promotional email. Withdrawal does not affect your purchased ticket or essential service messages. Sponsored placements will be identified as sponsored.
11. Country, currency and displayed pricing
The event’s country, currency, taxes and fees must be shown before payment. Currency-converter estimates are for planning; your bank or payment provider may use a different exchange rate or charge additional fees. Promoters may change prices for future purchases as demand changes. A completed purchase is not repriced, and a pending order retains its recorded quote unless it expires or you are clearly asked to accept a new quote.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in your country. Event-specific age, licensing and admission requirements continue to apply.
